We need letters, faxes, phone calls and emails to members of the House Rules Committee. When contacting committee members, identify yourself properly as one of the following; a POW/MIA family member, veteran, concerned citizen or constituent.

Please contact committee Chairperson Louise McIntosh Slaughter stating your support for H.Res. 111 and ask that it be reported favorably out of committee. Then pick two or three members of the rules committee and do the same.

If your congressman/woman is a member of the committee make a special effort to contact them. Get your family and friends, in your congressional district, or state, to make calls. If you don’t like to write letter, no problem. We’ve provided a sample letter. Use it or write your own. But, please, please contact the Rules Committee asking that they favorably report H.Res 111 to the House floor for a vote of the full House of Representatives.
